I've watched countless interviews with Zach Braff about the Scrubs revival, both before the show's return and since the first new episode dropped. I'm not surprised that he perfectly understands what the fans are looking for from my favorite sitcom's comeback era, but I am relieved that he's been able to help pull it off. While certain revivals focus too much on establishing a fresh, modernized formula that loses the magic of the series' golden age, Scrubs has made sure to feel as authentic as possible to the classic episodes. I love that.
