After plenty of controversy surrounding both the subject matter and the director behind the movie, The Drama is headed to streaming. The movie was released in April and received positive reviews, despite the initial debate about the way the film addresses its taboo topics. A24 has built a reputation as a production company and distributor that releases movies which challenge audiences, but nothing released by the company in recent memory has sparked as much debate as The Drama. Kristoffer Borgli wrote and directed the movie, and had previously made the A24 movie Dream Scenario. The result is an unconventional and intense relationship drama that will soon be available to watch at home.
