With no herd to work with and virtually no money with which to replace it, the future for Beth, Rip, and their adopted son Carter was completely unsettled, with no easy path forward. Fortunately, the ever-scheming Beth discovered a path forward, albeit one that forced them to willingly walk into what could turn out to be a snake pit. While the end goal remains to run their own cattle ranch and sell high-end beef as a route to the peace they've long sought, Beth and Rip both turned to Beaulah Jackson's 10-Petal Ranch for the time being as a way to rebuild their finances.
