Mike Flanagan's career has seen the lauded writer and director carve out his place as one of the most recognizable names in horror. His acclaimed works include TV shows like The Haunting of Hill House and The Midnight Club, and films like Hush and Before I Wake. He has also made a name for himself with some of the greatest Stephen King adaptations of all time. His Carrie series recently debuted on Prime Video, but he is far from done. Flanagan is developing a show based on The Dark Tower books and working on a new film adapted from The Mist. Some of his best original works even draw on King's work, like Midnight Mass, inspired by Salem's Lot, and Oculus, a story in the vein of 1408.
