Brooklyn Nine-Nine was created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur and ran for eight seasons from 2013 to 2021. Set in the NYPD's 99th Precinct under the stoic, stern, and hilarious Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher), the show follows a squad that ineptly but often successfully chases criminals while drowning in absurd workplace drama.
