New York-based film production and distribution company A24 has had an interesting 2025, having released a variety of projects that span multiple genres. Whether it's the fantasy adventure film The Legend of Ochi, which premiered at Sundance, or Ari Aster's slow-burning and violent modern Western, Eddington, or even the black comedy film Friendship starring Tim Robinson, A24 has provided something different for everyone. Now, one film that ended up not being as well-received as most of their releases this year is now finding success on streaming after a disappointing theatrical run.
