Writer/director Mike Flanagan is known for some of the most acclaimed horror series in recent memory, and while fans are usually good about spotting all the Easter eggs littered throughout his creations, he says theres one that has yet to be discovered. Flanagan got his start in feature films with 2011s Absentia, and from there he would go on to direct a few more well-received horror movies before diving into the works of Stephen King with 2017s Geralds Game for Netflix. The 46-year-old filmmaker continued his relationship with the streamer following the success of the film, creating a number of series based on classic literary works such as The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and The Fall of the House of Usher.
