Creature Commandos is the latest animated series from DC from the mind of James Gunn that focuses on a misfit team of villains and anti-heroes trying to save the world. The overtly familiar logline should not detract from those interested in seeing the first project from DC Studios, the newly-minted house of the DC Universe. Especially diehard fans of the source material, who recently got their first look at several iconic heroes, including Batman himself.
